Manchester United Erling Haaland offer confirmed by Borussia Dortmund CEO

 



Manchester United have made an approach to recruit Erling Haaland, according to Borussia Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke.


Haaland, 21, is one of the world's most sought-after footballers. That was the case even before his transfer from Red Bull Salzburg to Borussia Dortmund, with the striker scoring 29 goals in 27 games for the Austrian giants.


Dortmund were the lucky ones to land the Norwegian superstar, but Hans-Joachim Watzke, CEO of Die Schwarzgelben, admitted that they were not the only ones interested.


In the hunt to recruit Haaland, they were joined by Premier League heavyweights Manchester United, with the Red Devils actually making a more appealing cash offer to Mino Raiola and his client...
